Communities grow and change. And the organizations that support them need to grow too. Since 1916, this lower east side neighborhood had grown from a small Jewish community to a vibrant and modern melting pot. We were asked to show the “new face” of the community they served on a very tight budget. So we hired a local street photographer to capture the people in action. Then put their images together in a bold, exciting, award-winning package that celebrates the lives and dreams of the wonderfully diverse local residents.
